May I cancel my membership?
Lifetime memberships are a one-time fee and does not require a cancellation.
Yearly memberships may be canceled before the start of your renewal.
Monthly memberships have a 6 month minimum before you may cancel.
If you cancel your membership, you can renew later at the current membership rate.
How do I use the photos commercially or personally?
You may use them for:
- All Social Media Platforms
- YouTube
- Website Design
- Digital Ads
- Blogs
- Email Subscribe Opt-in & Popups
- Email Newsletters
- Ebook Covers (Ebooks can be created for commercial or personal projects for sale, but not for ebook templates designed for sale.)
- Brochures/Flyers
- Business Cards
- Slide Deck/PowerPoint Presentations
Will my membership rate change?
You will retain the membership rate you began with as long as you automatically renew for both monthly and yearly. If you cancel your membership and start a new one, the fee will be the current rate.
Is there a membership plan for Web Designers, Template Designers, Content Managers and Social Media Marketer?
Our membership plans cover Web Designers, Content Managers, and Social Media Managers. Web Designers, Content Managers, and Social Media Managers may use their membership for their company’s purposes and to serve their clientele. Membership assets may be used only on the client’s active project. Membership assets may not be shared freely with clients.
We are considering an extended license for Template Designers if there is enough interest. If you are interested in an extended license, please contact us.
I'm looking for individualized services. Do you offer this?
What type of editing is permitted with the images?
We allow some editing of the images. You can make changes to the images so they fit your brand.
You may crop, scale, flip/rotate, change the color, add gradients, add text, overlay your physical products digitally, or overlay your logo.
You may not use any photo editing software to erase or remove elements from the image.
Do I have to credit Modstock + Design?
You are not required to credit Modstock + Design. However, we would love to see how you use the photos and design assets. We just may feature your business in our blog! Hashtag us #modstockanddesign so we can see your work!
Who owns the copyright?
Modstock + Design retains all rights, license, copyright, title, intellectual property and ownership of all photography and design assets on modstockanddesign.com.
